The 2024 Malaysia Ultra-Trail by UTMB official results for awards are listed as per below. Due to the race suspension at 4:25 PM local time on Saturday, November 16, 2024, the overall and age group results for MY100, MY50, and MY25 have been calculated based on the timing at the last checkpoint passed by 4:25 PM. These official results will be used for awards as per race day. Winners who have not received their trophies will soon receive an email to confirm their delivery address.

All runners that completed the race by crossing the finish line will be awarded running stones, and will have UTMB Index scores calculated based on UTMB predictive time for Kilometre Effort.

Live.UTMB.World results will not be updated. Official rankings are as per the results listed below.
