Official Hotel Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any cancellation requests received before 15 SEPTEMBER 2024 will be eligible for a 100% refund of the room fee paid (excluding admin and bank charges). • No further refund requests will be entertained after 15 SEPTEMBER 2024 • All bookings will be passed to the hotel by 1 NOVEMBER 2024. Any communication with the hotel will be from 1 NOVEMBER 2024 onwards.
RESERVATION TERMS • Reservation is strictly for 2024 MALAYSIA ULTRA-TRAIL BY UTMB participants and families only. • Rooms are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast for 2 persons only. • A minimum of 2 nights stay is required to enjoy the special room rate. • All rooms consist of either 1 x king/queen-size bed or twin beds (2 x single bed). • Availability of rooms will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We apologize if the room is no longer available at your time of booking. • Rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child only depending on room type. Children are considered between the ages of 04 - 11 years old • In accordance with the Tourism Tax Bill 2017, the above rates are subject to the Tourism Tax 2017 at RM 10 net per room, per night for all guests except Malaysians and Malaysian Permanent Residents (MyKad & MyPR holders). •Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel on complimentary basis. • No Smoking Policy – A sum of RM1000 will be charged to those who violate this policy • Check-In is from 3pm onwards and Check-Out will be from 12pm onwards. If an athlete requires special Check-In/Check-Out timings, please arrange with the hotel directly.
